for making slide shutdown app follow these steps:
1. first copy this   "  %windir%\System32\SlideToShutDown.exe   "
2.goto desktop.
3. right click on mouse and click   New ➤Shortcuts.
4.And paste these copy text and click next 2 times 
5.your app is ready
6. just click app and slide down your pc shutdown pro type.
