About Fancy font or text Genreator tool:

Fancy Text Generator

My capital cursive calligraphy or something like that, my cursive capital letters. I included only the capitals because that is where my handwriting... most of the flourishes come from. I just kind of really... honestly consider the rest of my handwriting just neat cursive. As far as the capitals go, and the rest of this to be honest, mostly is influenced by a type of lettering called copperplate script. It is a font that I learned in my late twenties when someone asked me to do their wedding invitations. I gave them a sheet full of fonts even though I could only write like three different ways, and the one that they picked was copperplate script. And after about 300 invitations, I would certainly not call myself a master, but I got to a handwriting style that at least judging from feedback on my videos, quite a few people like.

the Art of Cursive is Fading Away

Unfortunately, in the world of all of our schools having standardized testing, focusing so much on the math, reading, whatnot, and everyone using computers or texting on their phone, the art of cursive is unfortunately fading away. Hopefully, that does not make my video obsolete because I write in cursive, and I have had viewers tell me that they struggle reading my handwriting because they have only ever been exposed to print. But cursive not only goes much quicker if you are good at it, but you can make it beautiful, and I am not just talking about my style of handwriting. So I feel like it is a very important way of getting your message across. Like writing a love letter, writing a note to your parents, giving them something more than a text message or email that can get lost if your hard drive crashes or something like or someone taking your phone. You know, some tangible piece of paper that can be looked at decades later as a keepsake.

I am going to talk a little bit about how to properly write with a calligraphy nib, granted I am using chalk, and this is just my standard writing now whether I am using a pencil, pen, or calligraphy nib. Now a calligraphic nib has a straight edge, at least if you are right-handed, it is on a 45-degree angle if you are left-handed, and when you write with a calligraphy nib, it needs to be held at a roughly 45 degrees to horizontal. That can vary based on different types of fonts or lettering that you are doing. But, as you look across my writing, all of the thin lines created by holding my two pieces ofchalk parallel. All of those thin lines are created by holding my two pieces of chalk parallel to the paper, and the thick lines are created by pivoting the chalk so that one piece is on its edge and the other is parallel to the paper. And that is what creates those thick and thin lines that you see. And as far as pressure goes, obviously, you are going to want to press harder for the thick lines and lighter for the thin lines. But in general, when you are writing with a calligraphy nib or with chalk in my case, you want to have a consistent pressure throughout your writing. You don't want to press hard at the beginning and then release the pressure at the end because that is going to give you inconsistent line widths.

Conclusion

In conclusion, cursive handwriting, especially when done with style and flair, can be a beautiful form of expression. It allows for quicker writing and adds a personal touch to your messages. While the art of cursive is fading away in today's digital age, it's still worth preserving and appreciating. Whether you're using a calligraphy nib or simply a pen or pencil, practicing and honing your cursive skills can lead to impressive results. So grab a pen, embrace the beauty of cursive, and let your words flow in style!
